JAMIE YAN

Jamie is experienced in handling a wide range of civil and criminal matters  including  contractual  disputes,  tortious  claims,  commercial  fraud. She also represented and advised clients facing investigations by SFC, ICAC, Police or other statutory bodies.

In recent years, Jamie has been focusing on family law.  She advises on all aspects of matrimonial matters including divorce, child custody, care and control, access arrangement, financial dispute involving capital and maintenance claims, pre-/ post - nuptial agreements and injunction applications.

 

Jamie is also a mediator and civil celebrant.
