Desmond’s practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and family succession.  He also serves as legal adviser to a number of listed companies, state-owned enterprises and property developers in Hong Kong.  Desmond is admitted in Hong Kong and England & Wales. In 1995, he was appointed a China Appointed Attesting Officer.
